RN Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

  • Administer prescribed medications and record them, reporting any adverse reactions.

  • Document patients' medical information, vital signs, and monitor specialized equipment.

  • Take corrective action when patients display adverse symptoms & provide bedside care.

  • Implement patient education plans as directed by physicians.

  • Changing dressings, inserting catheters, starting IVs, and assisting during examinations.

  • Respond to life-saving situations following nursing standards and protocols.

  • Participate in discharge planning and maintain accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse: Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.

  • Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience.

  • Certifications: BLS

  • Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.

  • Other records or documents as needed during the onboarding process.
